Welcome to TWE Traders Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TWE Traders Academy website, student account, courses, educational materials, assessments, live sessions and related services.
By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Educational Purpose
TWE Traders Academy provides education and training relating to financial markets, trading, technical analysis, risk management and related subjects.
All information, courses, indicators, examples, market commentary, strategies and educational materials provided by TWE Traders Academy are for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by TWE Traders Academy constitutes personal financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any particular financial product.
2. Trading and Investment Risk
Trading and investing involve risk. Financial markets can move against your position, and you may lose some or all of the money committed to trading or investing.
Past performance, historical examples, backtesting results, demonstrations and educational case studies do not guarantee future results.
TWE Traders Academy does not guarantee that any student will make profits, avoid losses or achieve any particular financial outcome.
Students are responsible for their own financial and trading decisions.
3. Student Accounts
Students must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Student accounts are intended for individual use and must not be shared, sold, transferred or made available to another person without permission from TWE Traders Academy.
4. Foundation and Other Programs
The TWE Trading Foundation Program may be offered free of charge.
Completion of the Foundation Program does not automatically provide access to paid Diploma, Professional or other advanced programs unless the applicable entry requirements and enrolment conditions are satisfied.
Fees may apply to Diploma and advanced programs.
5. Assessments and Academic Integrity
Students are expected to complete quizzes, workbooks, case studies, examinations and other assessments honestly.
Students must not engage in cheating, impersonation, unauthorised copying or other conduct intended to misrepresent their knowledge or assessment performance.
TWE Traders Academy may review assessment activity and may withhold results, certificates or progression where there are reasonable concerns about academic integrity.
6. Certificates and Course Completion
Certificates issued by TWE Traders Academy recognise completion of the applicable TWE educational program or assessment requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a TWE Traders Academy certificate does not constitute a government licence, professional financial-adviser authorisation or regulatory approval.
7. Payments and Refunds
Where a course or service requires payment, the applicable price and payment conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Refund eligibility for paid programs will be governed by the TWE Traders Academy Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
TWE Traders Academy course materials, textbooks, workbooks, examinations, videos, graphics, indicators, strategies, frameworks, branding and other original educational materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Unless permission is expressly granted, students must not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, commercially exploit or provide TWE educational materials to third parties.
9. Indicators, Strategies and Trading Tools
Any indicators, algorithms, trading strategies, market-analysis tools or examples supplied by TWE Traders Academy are educational tools.
No indicator, strategy or trading system can guarantee profitable results. Students must independently assess whether any trading method is appropriate for their circumstances and risk tolerance.
10. Website and Course Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to our website and learning platform, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, technical problems, updates, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
11. Suspension or Termination
TWE Traders Academy may restrict or suspend access where a user seriously breaches these Terms, misuses academy materials, compromises platform security, engages in academic misconduct or uses the service unlawfully.
Where appropriate, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided to TWE Traders Academy will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
TWE Traders Academy may update these Terms & Conditions as its courses, services or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on the TWE Traders Academy website with an updated revision date.
